Just entered this in the Art from the Heart Competition at The Red Cockerill Gallery, Austell, GA. This scene is at the Mark of the Potter above Clarksville, GA. This shop features the art of many talented potters. The view of the water by the old mill is beautiful. I painted this particular scene about 6 times. The Art from the Heart Competion is for "what you love". I love this place both for the wonderful potters and the great scenery. Can't wait to go back. Visit the show at the Red Cockerill Gallery at 2845 Cemetery St., Austell, GA. The reception is Feburary 11, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. and the show runs from February 11 - 19, 2012.
