These sketches are part of a Family Tree Project for my Advanced Drawing Class at University of West Georgia. Instead of a typical 'tree', I decided to use ivy instead. I've selected objects are things that represent my family history. I particularly enjoyed researching our family tree and tracing the generations as they came from Wales in 1584 to Virginia and then moved to South Carolina, Alabama and Georgia.
